What can be sold on Lilo?
- Preloved Childrens clothing, footwear, accessories, linen, books and puzzles, as long as they are in good condition and still fit for purpose.
- Sizes from Premature/newborn to size 12.
- All brands are welcome.
- Items that have minor flaws; e.g a tiny hole, some staining, wash fade or missing buttons are allowed as long as it is clearly stated in the description of the item.

What do the condition acronyms mean?
- BNWT - `Brand new with tags
Tags still attached, new, unworn.
- BNWOT - Brand new without tags
New, unworn, unwashed and undamaged but doesn't have a retail tag.
- EUC or Excellent - Excellent used condition
Near new, minor visible wear, little to no fading.
- VGUC - Very good used condition
Signs of some fading from wash or wear, minor flaws like bobbling.
- GUC - Good used condition
Fading, or other signs of wear. Small stains or imperfections, button replacement etc but otherwise in great shape. Still life left in it.
- Kindy/Play
Item is well worn and loved but isnt destined for landfill and still has wear in it. Significant fading, discolouration, fading, stains, obvious signs of general wear.

What happens after I place my order?
- Once you purchase an item, the seller is notified immediately via email.
- The seller will pack up your order and ship it within in 3 business days. You will receive an email when your order has been fulfilled by the seller, including the tracking information.*
- Once the order has been sent, all you need to do it wait for your items to arrive!
- Once received, drop the seller a review!
*If you purchased from multiple sellers in your transaction you'll receive a separate email from each seller.

When shopping on Lilo you may order items from multiple sellers
Each seller will dispatch your order within 3 business days. You will receive a separate email when a seller has sent their part of the order.
If you have registered as a customer, you can also view the status of your order under 'My Account' and see the tracking numbers for each of your orders.

My item hasn't turned up, what do I do?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please check the tracking number on the courier service's website. In some cases the courier may be experiencing delays.
If you cannot get a resolution from tracking online, then reach out to the Seller to let them know you haven't received your order so they can then follow up with their courier.

With shipping added on at the end you see a true and fair price for the items you want to purchase than prices that have been inflated to cover costs.

Can I return my item?
Learn more about returnsNo, all items sold on Lilo are final. You may be eligible for a refund if a package is deemed lost with the courier company or if the condition of the item is significantly different to the listing photo and description. All items listed include information about condition, flaws and best fit. Please ensure you read the listing description carefully before proceeding with your purchase. The only time a refund will be offered, is if the item isn’t as described.

Can you explain how and why another customer can purchase an item that's already in my cart?
There are 2 scenarios when this might occur:
1. You've added it to your cart and someone purchases it while you've continued shopping
You will know its been purchased because when you go to check out, you will see that the item is showing as 'out of stock'. You will need to remove this item before proceeding with the purchase of your remaining order.
2. You've added it to your cart and checked out, but someone has bought it seconds before you.
In this situation, you wont know its already been sold until you 'confirm your order'. Your order won't go through and it will tell you that item is 'out of stock'. To buy any remaining items in your order, you will need to remove the unavailable item/s from your cart before proceeding with your purchase.

What do I do when an item that's no longer available is still in my cart?
If you have something in your cart that is no longer available for purchasing it will show as 'out of stock'. You will need to 'remove item from cart' before you proceed with the rest of your order.

How can I checkout quicker to avoid missing out on a particular item?
Rather than selecting “add to cart” hit “buy now” on the product you want to avoid missing out. This way you can pay and secure the goods.
Some sellers even offer an “open bag” so you don’t have to pay shipping until you have filled your bag. Win win!
